Sean Bevan, BHScPT

Sean graduated from Auckland University of Technology in Auckland, New Zealand in 2005. He started working at GF Strong Rehabilitation centre in Vancouver BC 2006-2011, working on the Spinal cord injury(SCI) unit, Aquired Brain Injury(ABI) unit, and on the Adolescent and Young Adults program which had a combination of SCI and ABI clients along with client with neuromuscular conditions.

In 2011 Sean and his family moved back to Kelowna his childhood town to continue his passion for neurophysiotherapy. He also works at Affinity Family Wellness and at Kelowna General Hospital.

 

Sean continues to participate in post graduate courses and conferences in the neurosciences. He is the Chair of the Acupuncture and Dry Needling Credentialling Sub-Committee, and a Level 3 International Classifier for IWRF wheelchair Rugby.

 

In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family, skiing in the winter, cycling, and enjoying the outdoors of the Okanagan Valley with his wife Maria and two children James and Eleanor.
